More than 60 vessels stuck in ice in Gulf of Finland In Russian waters, the sea area from Primorsk to St. Petersburg is blocked by pack ice

Masses of ice have packed together at the eastern end of the Gulf of Finland, bringing the entire vessel traffic in Russian waters in this area to a grinding halt.
